Webcasts

Using the Award-winning mediasite™ by Sonic Foundry, Inc., ISG provides versatile and engaging webcast capabilities. This allows customers to communicate and provide training while saving on travel, time and other costs. For example the Michigan Department of Community Health has captured savings of up to $80.00 per viewer on a typical webcast. With over 19 webcasts to date, MDCH has saved over $420,000. ISG is now developing a solution for do-it-yourself webcasts. For a low hourly fee, end users can create and host a webcast for a short period of time through ISG. This will provide ISG clients great opportunities to create on-demand webcasts and to effectively reach target audiences without the costly overhead of traditional media approaches.

CHAMPS DMS Early Release Training

The State of Michigan is currently developing an updated Medicaid Management System. As part of this large-scale project the state requested end-user training. ISG, in close collaboration with the State, put together a comprehensive training solution to meet State employee’s needs. As part of the Document Management System’s (DMS) early-release in this multi-year project, ISG provided training on key processes by providing user guides, quick reference sheets, web-based training modules, multimedia and instructor-led training with even a webcast thrown in the mix. By working closely with the State, ISG provided important and relevant training, thus helping State employees successfully transition and use the new Medicaid Management System.
