Michigan Medicaid Support

ISG helped the state of Michigan with HIPAA transactions and codeset implementation. ISG also helped with the HIPAA privacy and security rule implementation as well as the Medicaid prescription drug (Part D) transition outreach efforts. National Provider ID implementation – Medicaid system development – RFP/APD assistance. ISG also helps supply post-payment recovery system staff as well as provides Program for Access to Care for the Elderly (PACE) criteria and evaluation. We also provide the state with business flow analysis and facilitation, providing temporary staff to the state as the need requires.
